Crystal Aura Beach Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

It was a wonderful stay after a long break due to pandemic, I am a very frequent guest of Antalya hotels. Variety of foods were great. Animation team have done their job really well. Still cannot forget their dance song 😀. Hotels is nice for all types of guests. We are family with small kid and including one of our friends, who came solo. All of us enjoyed it.

The positives definitely outweigh the negatives, especially when considering the price I paid for an all inclusive. Water slides and pools are maintained well and not overly crowded. Food and drinks were ok (nothing to get excited about) and available all day. There is a water sports company on the beach that offers paragliding, boat rentals, etc which was really nice but overpriced for Türkiye. Staff were mostly friendly. There were plenty of activities in the pool that were led by staff (water polo, dancing, etc). There are grocery stores, pharmacy, and restaurants within a short walk. Downtown Kemer is also a walkable distance.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Crystal Aura Beach Resort & Spa. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expected standards. • The room had a very strong sewage smell which made it unbearable. • The walls were damaged, there were visible stains on the furniture, and the room conditions were poor. • The emergency equipment was misplaced, which raised serious safety concerns. • When I requested a room change, the staff were unhelpful and uncooperative. • Because of these issues, I was unable to rest or sleep in the room and ended up spending the night on the beach. This has negatively affected my holiday and my well-being. I kindly request appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience. I look forward to your prompt response.
